Indian Legal Compliance
Information Technology Act, 2000
Under Section 66D (Punishment for cheating by personation using computer resource), creating and distributing AI-generated content with intent to deceive is punishable with imprisonment up to 3 years and fine up to ₹1 lakh. We strictly prohibit such use of our platform.
IT Rules, 2021 (Intermediary Guidelines)
As per Rule 3(1)(b)(ii), users shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, or contains material that threatens unity or sovereignty of India.

Your Responsibilities
By using MemeBazi AI, you agree to:

- • Never upload photos of minors (persons under 18)
- • Use generated content only for personal entertainment purposes
- • Not misrepresent AI-generated content as real footage
- • Not use content to harass, defame, or deceive any person
- • Include disclosure that content is AI-generated when sharing publicly
- • Accept full responsibility for how you use generated content
Strictly Prohibited Uses

MEMEBAZI AI, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, CLAIMS, OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM USER-GENERATED CONTENT OR MISUSE OF THE PLATFORM. USERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND THE CONTENT THEY CREATE AND SHARE.
We provide this service "as is" for entertainment purposes. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of generated content.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MemeBazi AI and its team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
